TOY - Thinking of You - Terms of Service
1. Orders, Pricing, shipping and Supply Times
Payment is accepted in $US, Euro. All prices on T.O.Y include lawful V.A.T. (Valued Added Tax).
Shipping costs will be calculated upon checkout. T.O.Y uses surface mail for domestic shipments and FedEx for international shipments.
To most countries delivery will be made within 5 working days.
Upon dispatch, customer will receive, via email, a tracking reference.
We recommend checking all relevant local customs laws before placing an order. In the event of a delay caused by customs authorities in the customer's country, all responsibility for taxes, fines, and (where applicable) cost of returning the delayed shipment, will fall solely on the customer.
2. Payment Security and Credit Card use
We at T.O.Y, take all necessary precautions to ensure the security of all credit card transactions. Our website has been built with the most up-to-date technology available for uploading, protecting, encrypting, and securing the personal details of the customer. All information which T.O.Y's website receives during a transaction is closely guarded by a secure server. No information will be transferred to any third party, with the sole exception of information which falls under the rubric of T.O.Y's legal obligations or for the performance of the transaction.
T.O.Y accepts all major credit card as well as PayPal payments, and does not accept checks. When placing an order, please make sure to provide full and correct information in order to avoid any delays and/or cancellations.
3. Backorder
In most cases, all items are in stock and delivered from T.O.Y's warehouse. However, if an ordered item is not in stock, the shipment may be delayed, and in such case a T.O.Y’s representative will contact the customer. In any case, the customer's account will not be debited until the entire order is completed, or as otherwise agreed between T.O.Y and the customer.
4. Returns & Cancellations
Customer may cancel or change his order, by contacting T.O.Y at:
as soon as possible after placing his order. TOY will do everything in its power to accommodate the customer’s request. Never the less, customer shall bear in mind that TOY’s order-fulfillment and shipping systems are designed to get orders on their way quickly and efficiently. Therefore, TOY cannot change or cancel an order once it has entered the shipping process.
Customer can return a product and receive monetary reimbursement if by coordinating such return in advance and returning it to T.O.Y within 14 days after arrival. Return instructions will be supplied by T.O.Y. It is recommended to return the shipment via the same company that delivered it.
Only unopened items in their original packaging may be returned. After the returned items reach T.O.Y, T.O.Y requires 10 days for inspection of items and reimbursement. Please note that TOY cannot issue a refund until it has received the returned order.

Inventory
While T.O.Y aims to keep all merchandise in inventory, in its Warehouse, T.O.Y cannot guarantee that a product listed as “In Stock” while you place your order, will be actually shipped right away, as inventory may significantly change from day to day. In rare circumstances, a product may be in stock when you place your order, and sold out by the time your order processed. In such case, one of T.O.Ys representative will contact you by mail before shipping.
Customs and Import Duties Information
You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country. Any customs charges must be borne by you; T.O.Y has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. In addition, custom’s policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. It is under your responsibility to check and know the laws of your country as they apply to adult products. T.O.Y will not be held responsible nor will T.O.Y credit for items seized by the customs service of any country.
Proprietary Rights
Exclusive ownership of all rights, title and interests in the Website and all intellectual property rights relating thereto, including without limitation issued patents and pending patent applications with respect to the Website and the technology related thereto are retained by their respective owners. (c) You may not assign or otherwise transfer by operation of law or otherwise this Agreement or any rights or obligations herein without the express written consent of T.O.Y. Upon reasonable notice posted as an amendment on this page, T.O.Y may assign or transfer this Agreement at its sole discretion. (d) If any part of this Agreement is found void and unenforceable, it will not affect the validity of the balance of the Agreement, which shall remain valid and enforceable according to its terms.
